The Midipix Framework Integration Suite provides an electronically delivered customized set of software development tools and libraries that are comprised of (a) cross-platform Free and Open Source tools and libraries; (b) original, framework-specific tools and libraries; and (c) solution-specific tools and libraries. Use of the Midipix Framework Integration Suite must be preceded by direct communication, evaluation, and specification of the solution-specific customized components, and must be pre-approved by SysDeer Technologies, LLC.
Customized software solutions are ineligible for refund. Software solutions and packages that are devoid of customization and which have not been utilized, should such solutions become available in the future, shall qualify for a full refund within 14 (fourteen) Calendar Days from the time of electronic delivery.
All software solutions, whether customized or non-customized, shall be delivered electronically. Other forms of delivery (e.g. using physical media) are currently not available.
As per the above Delivery Policy, electronic delivery is currently the only delivery method available, and material returns should thus never be required. To determine refund eligibility, please consult the Refund Policy above and the Cancallation Policy below.
You may use the Midipix Framework Integration Suite for as long as your license remains valid. You may cancel your subscription at any time for any reason or for no reason by sending a cancellation request to support at sysdeer dot net. Cancellation shall take effect on the 1st day of the next calendar month.
